1. In petrol cars with carburetor must use System G. after using System Purge it may require thinning and cleaning of carburetor and delco again if the purging was done prior to the use of the product.

2. After purging, before checking P.U.C. vehicle needs to run atleast 100 kms approx. at ideal speed of 50 to 55 kms/hr, as carbon deposits accumulated in silencer should come out, or else P.U.C. reading may be higher.

3. During our trials, if needed to check P.U.C. in medium and heavy vehicles may be silencer can be cleaned with water pressure from exhaust pipe side by removing muffler for cleaning it or else P.U.C. may show higher due to carbon deposits accumulated in silencer.

4. In all catalytic converter, muffler/silencer should be removed from exhaust joints before purging.

5. In vehicle, which has run more than 15000 kms and where our system G or 2/3 is being introduced, the impurities petrol may have choked up jet or other carburetor parts and hence the vehicle may stall for which carburetor and carburetor parts may require manual cleaning immediately.

6. When under cleaning process while nozzles are being cleaned, nozzle holes may get bigger due to which they may need to be replaced.

INDICATION:
1. More black smoke from vehicle or engine or engine oil becoming thinner as unburned diesel gets mixed with engine oil.
